Our Mission

At Deer Valley Medical Training of Missouri, our mission is to train prospective employees to provide care to seniors and our disabled community.

Benefits to the Community

Deer Valley Medical Training of Missouri is a community-driven program. Our program benefits the community and the state of Missouri in many ways. It’s part of our mission to:

A Provide professional training and certification for those seeking to enter the field of healthcare, which, according to the United States Labor Department as well as Missouri's Department of Health, is the most critically needed labor force in the United States, and especially in urban and rural Missouri.

B Provide a path for low-skilled and unemployed job seekers to join the workforce as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care workers. Upon graduation, they would enjoy professional-level compensation, valuable benefits, and dependable employment.

C Provide the opportunity to transform those receiving state benefits into taxpaying workers, significantly contributing to Missouri through their taxes. To illustrate the point, we conservatively estimated that a graduating class of 120 students (each year) would initially earn a salary of roughly $36,000 per annum, pumping over 4 million into the local communities. As such, depending on their deductions, a class of 120 could pay approximately 1.2 million in taxes to the state of Missouri. Over five years, that figure would be approximately 6 million dollars.

D In essence, Deer Valley Medical Training (DVMT) will transform the low-employed and unemployed into the well-employed. Through DVMT, the students will benefit, the community will benefit, and the state of Missouri will benefit.
